Sanitization and inspections of inflatables.
We clean, sanitize and inspect each of our inflatables after every rental to ensure they are clean and in working order when we set them up for the next customer.

Wacky Inflatables’ Safety Rules.
• Remove shoes, eyeglasses & sharp objects before entering inflatables.
• NO food, candy or gum in the inflatables.
• NO flips.
• NO piling on or wrestling with others.
• MUST slide down all slides feet first.
• NO bouncing at top of slides (just sit down and slide please).
• Before sliding down a slide, make sure no one is at the bottom of the slide please.
DO NOT bounce against the sides or near the entry of the inflatables.
• If the inflatable begins to lose air, make your way out the exit.

Amount of kids allowed on an inflatable at the same time.
Typically, four to eight kids can be in an inflatable at one time, however, this is determined by the size of kids and the size/type of inflatable they are in. All of our inflatables have weight limit postings on them.

Delivery and pick-up time-frames.

All-Day Rentals
An “All-Day” rental means “Same-Day” rental and the “Rental Period” is from 11:00am to 7:00pm. Due to our delivery schedule being determined geographically on a last-minute basis, we have formed time-frames for both delivery and pick-up of your inflatable rental (see below). Note: Your inflatable rental will be delivered no later than 11:00am and picked-up no earlier than 7:00pm.

All-Day Rental Period: 11:00am-7:00pm
Delivery Time-Frame: Between 7:00am – 11:00am
Pick-Up Time-Frame: Between 7:00pm – 11:00pm

4-Hour Rentals
Your inflatable rental will be delivered 1 hour prior to rental time and set-up no later than your scheduled Rental Period Start Time.  Your inflatable rental will be picked-up within 1 hour of your scheduled Rental Period End Time.

Delivery includes:
Delivery includes delivering your inflatable rental to your pre-arranged location. Upon arrival, the operator will first greet customer and ask customer where the inflatable should be placed. The operator will then give customer their paperwork to review while he/she is setting up their unit. The operator will proceed to the set-up area and confirm that it is reasonably level and free of debris. Operator will set-up, inflate and properly anchor the inflatable. Lastly, the operator will review with customer proper operation of the inflatable, the condition of the inflatable and the safety rules to help make your event safe, as well as fun. An operator will return at the end of your event during the time frames listed above to remove the inflatable and all equipment in a timely manner.

Depending on the location of the inflatable and the inflatable itself, both set-up and pick-up should take approximately 15 minutes.

Wacky Inflatables is fully-insured.
However, customer is required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver, thus, assuming responsibility for the inflatable(s) and all guests playing on the inflatable during the entire rental period. Wacky Inflatables will not be responsible for any acts of negligence on the part of the customer, their representatives or guests. Customer is responsible for monitoring the inflatable(s) and providing an attendant for the inflatable(s) at all times.

Wacky Inflatables can provide a Certificate of Insurance with at least 3 days notice. Wacky Inflatables can also list schools, churches & professional organizations as an “Additional Insured” for a $75 fee.

Wacky Inflatables can provide an attendant.
Wacky Inflatables can provide an attendant to supervise your inflatable rental at your event for an additional fee of $15.00 per hour per attendant, with a 4-hour minimum. However, customer is still required to assume all responsibilities for the inflatable(s) during the entire rental period.

Power source required and the amount of electricity a blower uses:
Each blower uses between 8 – 12 amps of power and two blowers can usually be powered by one standard 20 amp circuit – provided nothing else is plugged into that circuit. The blowers can be operated from a standard household 110V outlet. If no electrical outlet is available, you will require at least a 5000-watt generator, which can power up to (4) 1 HP Blowers. We can provide a generator and gas for a $60.00 fee.

No electricity.
If the inflatable will be set up in an area with no electricity, you will require at least a 5000-watt generator, which can power up to (4) 1 HP Blowers. We can provide a generator and gas for the entire rental period for a fee of $60.00.

Methods of payment WACKY INFLATABLES accepts.
We accept Cash, Personal Checks.  All orders require a $50.00 deposit refundable if order is cancelled at least 8 days prior to the rental date.

Surface types an inflatable can be set up on.
The surface must be level and include:

• Grass
• Concrete
• Blacktop
• Carpet
• Wood flooring

We will NOT set up an inflatable on the following surfaces:

• Gravel
• Rock
• Dirt
• Sand

The distance an inflatable can be set-up from an electrical outlet.
An inflatable must be within 100’ from an electrical outlet.

Our inflatables can be set up indoors.
However, the size of the indoor facility must accommodate the size of the inflatable. The biggest issue is the ceiling height. A ceiling height of 12’ or higher is required for most of our inflatables. The indoor facility must have no more than 5 steps. The doorway must be able to accommodate the width of our inflatables as well. This can all be determined at the time of booking.

Sloped Yards.
Depending upon the degree of the slope, we may not be able to set up the inflatable. We can set up an inflatable in a sloped yard only if the slope is very slight.
